A bill for an act
relating to solid waste; amending allocation of revenues from solid waste
management tax; amending Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 297H.13, subdivision
2.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 297H.13, subdivision 2, is amended to read:


Subd. 2.

that would have been deposited under paragraph (a), before being amended by this act, must
be expended on activities in section 115A.557, subdivision 2, paragraph (a), clauses (1) to
(7) and (9) to (11).
