relating to natural resources; appropriating money for Cuyuna Country State
Recreation Area.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CUYUNA COUNTRY STATE RECREATION AREA.

new text begin $750,000 in fiscal year 2018 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for enhancing accessibility to and upgrading the Miner's
Mountain Lookout, enhancing existing public water accesses, upgrading and expanding
public restroom facilities, leasing certain school trust lands, and enhancing or rerouting
existing motorized trail systems at the Cuyuna Country State Recreation Area. The
appropriation is available until June 30, 2019.
