relating to game and fish; prohibiting night vision goggles while hunting;
proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97B.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

No person may be in possession of night vision goggles, enabling night vision under
cover of darkness, while hunting small or big game.
