relating to human services; appropriating money for the Full Lives Initiative.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FULL LIVES INITIATIVE.

new text begin $....... in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
human services for a grant to the Greater Twin Cities United Way for the Full Lives Initiative,
which decreases food insecurity by supporting local entrepreneurs, developing community
resources, building a local food economy, and promoting local agriculture. This is a onetime
appropriation and is available until June 30, 2025.
