  1.2             relating to the collection and dissemination of data; 
  1.3             proposing classifications of data as private and 
  1.4             nonpublic; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes 1998, chapter 13. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [13.772] [MINNESOTA POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY 
  1.8   DATA.] 
  1.9      Data that identify specific locations within the state 
  1.10  where intensive and global survey site investigations are under 
  1.11  way or are determined by the Minnesota pollution control agency 
  1.12  as appropriate for studying the cause of malformations in frogs, 
  1.13  are nonpublic data until the agency determines that it will not 
  1.14  investigate or has completed its scientific investigation at the 
  1.15  reported abnormal frog site.
