  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [169.415] [PROJECTING LIGHT FROM VEHICLE.] 
  1.8      No person shall project a spotlight or other hand-held 
  1.9   light from a moving motor vehicle, other than for purposes of 
  1.10  safety, emergency response, normal vehicle operation, or 
  1.11  occupational performance.
