  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to affordable housing; appropriating money to 
  1.3             the urban Indian housing program. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $100,000 is appropriated from the general fund for transfer 
  1.7   to the housing development fund for the urban Indian housing 
  1.8   program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.07, subdivision 
  1.9   15.  This appropriation is added to the budget base for the 
  1.10  program for the 2002-2003 biennium and the total is the housing 
  1.11  finance agency's budget base for the program for fiscal year 
  1.12  2002 and beyond.
