  1.2             relating to education; appropriating money for a 
  1.3             natural science education coordinator for Como Park. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $70,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $70,000 in fiscal year 2001 
  1.7   are appropriated to the city of St. Paul for an education 
  1.8   coordinator at the Como Park campus to develop curricula in the 
  1.9   area of natural sciences including botany, horticulture, and 
  1.10  zoology.  The curricula must be developed with the involvement 
  1.11  of educators throughout Minnesota.
