  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $300,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.7   biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the board of water and soil 
  1.8   resources for a cost-share grant to the Anoka conservation 
  1.9   district for the Mississippi riverbank stabilization project in 
  1.10  Coon Rapids Dam Regional Park.
