  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [BERTHA-HEWITT.] 
  1.6      A teacher employed by independent school district No. 786, 
  1.7   Bertha-Hewitt, must have one year of eligibility for retirement 
  1.8   restored that was lost due to district clerical error concerning 
  1.9   a leave of absence. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
