BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$233,000 in federal stimulus funds received by the state through the American
Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Public Law 111-5, is appropriated to the public
facilities authority for a grant to the city of Benson to design, construct, and equip a new
replacement well in the municipal water treatment plant.
