BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

COMMISSION.

$442,000 is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2010 and $442,000
is appropriated from the general fund in fiscal year 2011 to the commissioner of human
services for the purposes of the Region 10 Quality Assurance Commission under
Minnesota Statutes, section 256B.0951.
