A bill for an act
relating to education; clarifying the ability of school boards to conduct school on
certain holidays; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 120A.42.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 120A.42, is amended to read:


120A.42 CONDUCT OF SCHOOL ON CERTAIN HOLIDAYS.
