A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; modifying prior appropriations to Board of
Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities; amending Laws 2011,
First Special Session chapter 12, section 3, subdivisions 7, 8.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 12, section 3, subdivision 7, is
amended to read:


Subd. 7.

Normandale Community College
Academic Partnership Center and Student
Services
 		21,984,000

To design, construct, furnish, and equip a
new building for classrooms and officesdeleted text begin and
to design, construct, furnish, and equip the
renovation of the Student Services Buildingdeleted text end .

Sec. 2.

Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 12, section 3, subdivision 8, is
amended to read:


Subd. 8.

NHED Mesabi Range Community
and Technical College, Virginia
Iron Range Engineering Program Facilities
 		3,000,000

To predesign, design, construct, furnish,
and equip an addition to and renovation of
existing space for the Iron Range engineering
program, including laboratory spaces, other
learning spaces, and improvements to the
