A bill for an act
relating to human services; increasing a nursing
facility's payment rate; amending Minnesota Statutes
2004, section 256B.431, by adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 256B.431, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

Rate increase effective july 1,
2005.

Notwithstanding subdivision 39, for the rate year
beginning July 1, 2005, a facility in Clay County licensed for
55 beds shall receive an increase of $7.92 in the facility's
noncase mix portion of the operating rate.
