A bill for an act
relating to capital investment; appropriating money for improvements to the Native
American Community Clinic in the city of Minneapolis.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin NATIVE AMERICAN COMMUNITY CLINIC.

new text begin $2,200,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of employment and economic development for a grant to the Native American Community
Clinic in the city of Minneapolis for predesign, design, construction, equipping, furnishing,
and purchasing technology for the building in which the clinic is located. This appropriation
is available after the commissioner of management and budget determines that an amount
sufficient to complete the project has been committed to the project, as required by Minnesota
Statutes, section 16A.502.
