  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to courts; jury service; excusing from 
  1.3             service certain nursing mothers; proposing coding for 
  1.4             new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 593. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [593.485] [EXCUSE FROM SERVICE.] 
  1.7      A nursing mother shall be excused from jury service if she 
  1.8   is responsible for the daily care of the child and is not 
  1.9   regularly employed at a location other than her household.
