  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; COMMISSIONER OF CORRECTIONS.] 
  1.7      $2,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of corrections to continue, under Laws 1997, 
  1.9   chapter 239, article 1, section 12, subdivision 3, the weekend 
  1.10  camp program at Camp Ripley for first- or second-time juvenile 
  1.11  offenders and youth at risk.  This appropriation is for the 
  1.12  fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2001.
