A bill for an act
relating to human services; requiring that certain enrollees select a primary
care clinic with clinicians who are certified as health care homes; amending
Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 256B.0751, subdivision 7.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 256B.0751, subdivision 7, is amended to
read:

Subd. 7.

Outreach.

Beginning July 1, 2009, the commissioner shall deleted text begin encourage deleted text end

select a primary care clinic with clinicians who have been certified as health care homes new text begin ,
if there are two or more primary care clinics with clinicians who have been certified as
