BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; EMERGENCY SERVICES GRANTS.

$7,500,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $7,500,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of human services to provide emergency services
grants under Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.36. This appropriation is added to the base.
