  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money to the 
  1.3             commissioner of corrections for the productive day 
  1.4             initiative programs administered by the 
  1.5             Dodge-Fillmore-Olmsted community corrections agency, 
  1.6             the Arrowhead regional community corrections agency, 
  1.7             the Ramsey county community corrections agency, and 
  1.8             the Hennepin county community corrections agency. 
  1.9   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.10     Section 1.  [APPROPRIATIONS; DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS.] 
  1.11     Subdivision 1.  [DEFINITION.] As used in this section, 
  1.12  "productive day initiative program" has the meaning given in 
  1.13  Minnesota Statutes, section 241.275. 
  1.14     Subd. 2.  [PRODUCTIVE DAY INITIATIVE PROGRAM; 
  1.15  DODGE-FILLMORE-OLMSTED COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS.] $....... is 
  1.16  appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of 
  1.17  corrections for the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2001.  The 
  1.18  commissioner shall distribute this money to the 
  1.19  Dodge-Fillmore-Olmsted community corrections agency for use in 
  1.20  the agency's productive day initiative program. 
  1.21     Subd. 3.  [PRODUCTIVE DAY INITIATIVE PROGRAM; ARROWHEAD 
  1.22  REGIONAL COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS.] $....... is appropriated from 
  1.23  the general fund to the commissioner of corrections for the 
  1.24  fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2001.  The commissioner shall 
  1.25  distribute this money to the Arrowhead regional community 
  1.26  corrections agency for use in the agency's productive day 
  1.27  initiative program. 
  2.1      Subd. 4.  [PRODUCTIVE DAY INITIATIVE PROGRAM; RAMSEY COUNTY 
  2.2   COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS.] $....... is appropriated from the 
  2.3   general fund to the commissioner of corrections for the fiscal 
  2.4   biennium ending June 30, 2001.  The commissioner shall 
  2.5   distribute this money to the Ramsey county community corrections 
  2.6   agency for use in the agency's productive day initiative program.
  2.7      Subd. 5.  [PRODUCTIVE DAY INITIATIVE PROGRAM; HENNEPIN 
  2.8   COUNTY COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS.] $....... is appropriated from the 
  2.9   general fund to the commissioner of corrections for the fiscal 
  2.10  biennium ending June 30, 2001.  The commissioner shall 
  2.11  distribute this money to the Hennepin county community 
  2.12  corrections agency for use in the agency's productive day 
  2.13  initiative program.
