  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; directing the commissioner of 
  1.3             finance to transfer $20,000,000 from the general fund

  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [TRANSFER OF FUNDS; TRANSPORTATION REVOLVING 
  1.7   LOAN FUND.] 
  1.8      The commissioner of finance shall transfer $20,000,000 from 
  1.9   the general fund to the transportation revolving loan fund. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective July 1, 2001.
