  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $190,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $190,000 in fiscal year 
  1.8   2001 is appropriated from the general fund to the board of water 
  1.9   and soil resources for grants to soil and water conservation 
  1.10  districts to pay for the costs of contracting for technical 
  1.11  staff to implement activities under the state revolving fund.
