  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating wastewater 
  1.3             funding for Lake Mary township; authorizing the sale 
  1.4             of state bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; LAKE MARY TOWNSHIP.] 
  1.7      $737,100 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the 
  1.8   public facilities authority for a water pollution revolving fund 
  1.9   loan under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.07, in the amount of 
  1.10  $265,099, and a wastewater infrastructure fund grant under 
  1.11  Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.072, in the amount of $472,001 
  1.12  for Lake Mary township. 
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.14     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.15  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance, on the request of 
  1.16  the governor, shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an 
  1.17  amount up to $737,100 in the manner, upon the terms, and with 
  1.18  the effect prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.19  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.20  4 to 7.  
  1.21     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.22     This act is effective on the day following final enactment.
