  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [AIR QUALITY AND BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS; 
  1.7   NORWOOD.] 
  1.8      $1,500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.9   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.10  learning for a grant to independent school district No. 108, 
  1.11  Norwood, for air quality and building improvement at Central 
  1.12  Elementary School. 
  1.13     This appropriation is available until June 30, 2001.
