  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to environment; wastewater treatment grant to 
  1.3             the city of Williams; appropriating money. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE GRANT; CITY OF 
  1.6   WILLIAMS.] 
  1.7      $856,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   public facilities authority for a wastewater infrastructure 
  1.9   grant under Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.072, to the city of 
  1.10  Williams.  $527,500 of the grant is for matching a United States 
  1.11  Department of Agriculture rural development grant.  
  1.12  Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 446A.072, 
  1.13  subdivision 4, paragraph (c), the remaining $328,500 is an 
  1.14  independent grant.  This appropriation is available until 
  1.15  expended.
