A bill for an act
relating to economic development; appropriating money for infrastructure
improvements to New Brighton.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$3,000,000 in fiscal year 2008 is appropriated to the commissioner of employment
and economic development to the city of New Brighton for public infrastructure
improvements in the Northwest Quadrant to allow for redevelopment of that area. This
appropriation is available until expended.
