BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 609A.02, is
amended by adding a subdivision to read:

petitioner's favor.

609A.03 to seal all records relating to an arrest, indictment or
information, trial, or verdict if the actions or proceedings
