BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; RURAL PHARMACY PLANNING AND
TRANSITION GRANT PROGRAM.

new text begin $200,000 is appropriated in fiscal years 2009 and 2010 from the general fund to the
commissioner of health for the rural pharmacy planning and transition grant program under
Minnesota Statutes, section 144.1476. The appropriation is available until expended.
