relating to agriculture; appropriating money for urban agriculture grants.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,500,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $1,500,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for urban youth agricultural education
and urban agriculture community development grants through the Agricultural Growth,
Research, and Innovation Program under Minnesota Statutes, section 41A.12.
