  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $3,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of the pollution control agency for a grant to 
  1.9   Ottertail county for operation of a solid waste recovery center 
  1.10  in the city of Perham.  The appropriation is available for the 
  1.11  biennium ending June 30, 2001.
