Transit Way as a top priority item.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

its transportation policy plan required under Minnesota Statutes, section 473.146, shall
identify the Southwest Transit Way as a top priority project.
