relating to education finance; appropriating money for school technology and
operating capital aid.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin SCHOOL TECHNOLOGY AND OPERATING CAPITAL AID.

new text begin For fiscal years 2014 and 2015 only, a school district's school technology and
operating capital aid equals $55 times the district's adjusted marginal cost pupil units
for the school year. This aid must only be used for the purposes of Minnesota Statutes,
section 126C.10, subdivision 14.
