  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [TECHNOLOGY GRANT; BATTLE LAKE.] 
  1.7      (a) $266,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a technology grant to independent school district 
  1.10  No. 542, Battle Lake. 
  1.11     (b) The technology grant must be matched dollar-for-dollar 
  1.12  with district revenue from other sources. 
  1.13     (c) This appropriation is available until June 30, 2001.
