  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN, FAMILIES, AND 
  1.8   LEARNING.] The following sums are appropriated from the general 
  1.9   fund to the department of children, families, and learning in 
  1.10  the fiscal years indicated. 
  1.11     Subd. 2.  [HISTORICAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING.] For a grant 
  1.12  to Murphy's Landing living history village for its educational 
  1.13  programs including education tours, outreach programs, and 
  1.14  immersion camps: 
  1.15       $90,000     .....     2000
  1.16       $90,000     .....     2001
  1.17     Any balance in the first year does not cancel but is 
  1.18  available in the second year.
