  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [COMMUNITY RESOURCES PROGRAM; APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2000 and $1,000,000 in fiscal 
  1.8   year 2001 are appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of trade and economic development for the community 
  1.10  resources program under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 466A.
