A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; appropriating money for a trail connection to the
Mississippi River Regional Trail.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$750,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
Metropolitan Council for a trail connecting the Rock Island Swing Bridge in Inver Grove
Heights to the Mississippi River Regional Trail, including the renovation of the bridge for
safety and stabilization.
