  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $900,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.7   biennium ending June 30, 2003, to the commissioner of trade and 
  1.8   economic development for a grant to the city of Ironton to be 
  1.9   applied to construction costs for the Cuyuna Range Technology 
  1.10  Center.
