relating to cultural heritage; appropriating money to Niijii Broadcasting for new
programming.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; BELL MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY.

$157,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to the commissioner of administration for a grant to Niijii Broadcasting on the White
Earth Reservation to develop programming, support equipment, personnel, and signage.
Programming promotes Minnesota's natural heritage through community-based education
and promoting diversity.
