A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; providing for resident hunting licenses for military
personnel on leave; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97A.465, by
adding a subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 97A.465, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

Military personnel that do not hold a
Minnesota driver's license and are in the state on leave may obtain a resident license to
hunt if the individual possesses official military leave papers.
