  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [ST. PAUL RIVERCENTRE CONNECTION; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $1,000,000 is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.9   biennium ending June 30, 2001, to the commissioner of trade and 
  1.10  economic development for a grant to the city of St. Paul to 
  1.11  construct an underground connection between the RiverCentre and 
  1.12  the St. Paul skyway system.
