A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; allowing a person age 90 or older to take deer
without a license; amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 97A.451, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Sec. 2.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 97A.451, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

new text begin Residents 90 years of age or older; deer. new text end

new text begin A resident age 90 or older may
take deer without a license. The resident must obtain the tags required of a licensee,
which must be furnished without charge.
