  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PINE TECHNICAL COLLEGE.] 
  1.8      $400,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2000 from the 
  1.9   general fund to the board of trustees of the Minnesota state 
  1.10  colleges and universities to provide start-up funds for a 
  1.11  virtual reality center at Pine technical college.
