relating to clean water; appropriating money for a metropolitan groundwater
management conference.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

CONFERENCE.

$....... in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of natural resources, in consultation with the Metropolitan Council, to
prepare and host a groundwater management conference to provide an update on scientific,
technical, and other information regarding groundwater sustainability, use, and best
management practices to metropolitan groundwater management professionals.
