BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; MINNESOTA HUMANITIES CENTER.

$250,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2010 and $250,000 is appropriated in fiscal
year 2011 from the general fund to the Minnesota Humanities Center under Minnesota
Statutes, section 138.911. This appropriation is part of the base budget for subsequent
fiscal years.
