BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; CHILDREN'S MUSEUM GRANTS.

new text begin $1,350,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $1,350,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from
the arts and cultural heritage fund to the Board of Directors of the Minnesota Humanities
Center for grants to children's museums for interactive exhibits and outreach programs on
arts and cultural heritage. Of this amount:

new text begin (2) $150,000 each year is for the WonderTrek Children's Museum, Brainerd-Baxter;

new text begin (3) $150,000 each year is for the Duluth Children's Museum, Duluth;

new text begin (4) $150,000 each year is for the Otter Cove Children's Museum, Fergus Falls;

new text begin (5) $150,000 each year is for the Children's Discovery Museum, Grand Rapids;
