relating to human services; requiring reporting of fiscal information on health
care services to children under Minnesota public health care programs; proposing
coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

new text begin Beginning November 2011, and as part of its annual November and February
forecasts thereafter, the commissioner of human services shall provide an accounting of
health care expenditures for persons aged birth to 22 years, separate from expenditures for
enrolled parents, for all services provided in a Minnesota public health care program.
