  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $800,000 in the fiscal biennium ending June 30, 2001, is 
  1.9   appropriated to the city of St. Paul for a subsidy for the 
  1.10  maintenance of live plant and animal exhibits for the zoo and 
  1.11  the conservatory at the Como Park campus.
