  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [MARSHALL REGIONAL EMERGENCY RESPONSE TRAINING 
  1.7   CENTER.] 
  1.8      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $620,000 is appropriated 
  1.9   in fiscal year 2000 from the general fund to the city of 
  1.10  Marshall to complete construction of a regional emergency 
  1.11  response training center.  The balance, if any, does not cancel 
  1.12  but is available in the following fiscal year.
