  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to liquor; authorizing the city of Duluth to 
  1.3             issue one additional on-sale license. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [CITY OF DULUTH; ON-SALE LICENSE.] 
  1.6      The city of Duluth may issue one on-sale intoxicating 
  1.7   liquor license in addition to the number authorized by law for 
  1.8   the St. Louis County Heritage and Arts Center, commonly known as 
  1.9   the Duluth Depot.  All provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 
  1.10  340A, not inconsistent with this section, apply to the license 
  1.11  authorized by this section. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.13     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
